Candidate should have minimum 2 years of working experience as document controller in Saudi Arabia for Data Center/CW/MEP projects.
Good at Microsoft office software.
Fluent in English.
Submittals submission and timely tracing.
Authority permits and documents collect and archive by category.
Acceptance documents collect and archive by category.
Submittals distribute to relevant staff of project teams, consultant, and subcontractors.
Store, manage, labeling and track project documents.
Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures.
A large part of the job is to control the retrieval of documents.
Manage the documents and records tracker and to customer, subcontractors and suppliers.
