  • Develop business requirements collection mechanism( policy & process) in alignment with divisions/departments.
  • Define business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements.
  • Prioritize and perform business requirements activities.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders, including the contributions of third parties to the program.
  • Manage the interdependencies and interfaces between projects and other operational recurring activities.
  • Develop and provision of capability development sessions to increase business requirement management and project management skills and know-how.
  • Develop reporting structure in coordination with the D&T departments to utilize available data to provide 360 visibility in business requirement and project management to top management.
  • Shadow management and on-the-job training of Digitization and Technology business and project managers to ensure the effectiveness of the business requirement and project management activities and monitoring of the overall status.
  • Ad-hoc support to providing other Digitization and Technology Division’s departments.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in process and project management.
  • Understanding of program management risk, issue, and opportunity.
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple concurrent projects within programs.
  • Proven experience in client stakeholder management.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint, Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, etc.).Minimum Requirement (B.Sc. Degree) in Engineering and / or Management.
