Radio Optimization of 2G/3G and 4G mobile networks with strong focus on troubleshooting and KPIs improvement.
Analysis of KPIs, L3 signaling procedures and improvement of network
quality and capacity problems.
Preparation of internal and external reports regarding Radio Network
Performance.
Presenting the performance monitoring/follow-up reports to the required
group when asked for.
Required to assist Special Event planning and provide remote and/or on-site support.
Daily monitoring of the radio performance and identifying the Problematic
sites/Areas.
Handling radio-related customer escalations and requests.
Interface with internal and External work groups for All Radio related RF.
Supports Customer Care regarding complaints from subscribers.
Experience on statistics handling using Business Object, EniQ
Require familiarity with Mapinfo Nemo Outdoor measurement tool and Actix Analyzer post analysis tool.
Experience with OSS tools [MRR, RNO (NCS, NOX and FAS…].
Experience with RND tools (Tems Cell Planner and Universal,Tems
Investigation/Nemo)
Knowledge on frequency planning to assure good voice and data quality in the network.
