  • Monitoring and tracking of all IT systems for performance and uptime, using all available monitoring tools.
  • Use of monitoring systems to identify problems and report issues with the Application or infrastructure.
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all the Command Center assets.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments to handle any escalating issues.
  • Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provides fix recommendations to the development team.
  • Support tasks to include alert monitoring for periodic jobs, opening tickets, general escalation, client coordination, and vendor interactions.
  • Monitor Level 2 issues/tickets opened internally and by customers for application issues.
  • Assist with planning and testing of application, installation, configuration, patches, and update production support documentation.
  • Maintain proper record of work operations, logs, and events to provide detailed reporting to management.
  • Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
  • Must have problem solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes, this applies to both technical issues and process issues.
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX & Windows OS administration.
