  • Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills for Data refinery (There is 3 platforms with 2 components each : CGW and CGNAT) with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes and contractual SLA’s.
  • Identifying and solving technical problems.
  • Providing Emergency support.
  • Handles Data Refinery technical (DR) requests, provides understanding of customer’s network configuration and Coordinates resolution delivery
  • Supports DR Outage Reporting.
  • Supports Care Program Manager and/or Care Technical Manager by ensuring primary interface towards customer.
  • Ensure strict Compliance to Nokia HR, Quality & operational process.
  • Experience in UNIX/Linux scripting and deep knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system.
  • Experience in Oracle RDBMS, postgres, hadoop & SQL
  • Java / C / Perl / PL-SQL programming experience.
  • Virtualization and Clustering technologies, e.g. Openstack & VMWare vSphere, with VNF knowledge will be advantage.
