  • Update (correction of bugs via new SW release) in case of request.
  • Upgrade (installation of new SW release) in case of request.
  • NCT and Nokia CSE Emergency/Outage EME certified (it will be done via self-training at NOKIA).
  • Providing RCA to Customer: local interface between GCS and Customer.
  • Monthly care report: preparation, sharing with care team and communication to customer each month and by default
  • Help during the period of swap or new Implementation: helping NI & NPO team in case of need.
  • Customer: DJEZZY and others in case of urgent needs.
  • Local intervention in all contractual cities in case of urgent need: Most cases are on BSC side.
  • Periodical Health check service for all IB
  • mcBSC, asBSC, Flexi BTS
