Trouble Ticket Resolution: TTs escalated by L1 teams are attended by L2 team. Engage L3/ CARE team of the OEM incase L2 team is unable to resolve the ticket.
System Maintenance: Periodic system maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting: in case of any issue, L2 team performs the trouble shooting action.
Data reconciliation: As part of the preventive maintenance, L2 team also performs the data reconciliation across systems.
Performance tuning: Performance fine-tuning is done.
Service request fulfillment: Service requests fulfillment mostly through configurations.
Problem Management: L2 team analyses all type of issues and incidents for the root cause and permanent fix.
Capacity Management: Systems Capacity management with projected volumetric is done.
New release deployments: New releases and products are tested by the L2 team.
Continuous improvement: Continuous improvement activities as per the plan are performed.
Minimum 5 years experience on L2 activities in either OSS or BSS domain have worked on OSS or BSS products of minimum 3 OEMS’s.
