Regular follow up with ASP(s) and to certify that site is delivered with in allowable period and also with zero defects by keeping in view the requirements of RND, TND and approved site-specific design.
Ensure that ASPs filed team follows the rules and regulations of Amanah / related authority and site is built on correct location.
Ensure that underground services (existing fibre network, electric cables, water supply, sewerage lines, telephone lines etc) are not damaged due excavation etc.
Ensure that site construction is completed within the area acquired by site acquisition teams. Ensure that construction is completed in accordance with approved site layout and approved design drawings.
Submit progress reports on daily basis along with fresh pictures.
Encourage safety awareness and good practices among all involved employees of service providers.
Measurement of as built quantities join acceptance and handover teams. Responsible to accept the site from service providers and to handover to customer with zero defects.
The Civil Works Supervisor shall maintain a direct working relationship with internal / external units related to the project, such as Customer engineers and Service Providers.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Associate Engineering or equivalent.
At least five years experience in the field of mobile telecommunications network rollout.
Proficient in written and spoken English as a business language.
Proficient in MS Office package and project planning software packages.
