Responsible for delivering the projects.
Leads and the manages the delivery team and CRM Developers.
Designing and applying appropriate management standards.
Managing the production of the required deliverable.
Managing projects risks including the development of contingency plans.
Applying Change control and configuration management processes.
Ensuring all documentation including the Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document, Test Cases etc are of the highest standards and are implemented accordingly.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in project management in a CRM software development and implementation environment
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, client management, communication, managing large and complex projects and associated budgets
Experience in implementing procedures and actions
Ability to provide clear timeline and milestone reporting
Experience developing and managing standard project management documents and processes (Project Charter, Requirements Document, Project Change Management, etc.)
Problem solving abilities with a strategic view focused on developing great products
Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, re-enforcing team building and empowerment
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience required (Master's degree preferred)
