  • Implement the strategies related to brokerage core and e-business to increase the quality and efficiency of services delivered to customers and thereby better meet their needs.
  • Develop brokerage e-business to ensure that my client consistently has clear understanding of customer requirements and satisfaction level.
  • Implementing required progressive development within technological and cultural constrains.
  • Improve the business process effectiveness.
  • Improving customer attraction, retention and maximize customer lifetime value by developing Monitor MI related to attrition, cross-sell and customer behavior models.
  • Implementation of ongoing business development projects in core system as well as e-trade and smart devices.
  • Involve in system replacement activities which includes product walk thru and gap analysis
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided to customers
  • Customer and products research analysis by producing concise analysis of various research and perform comparative analysis based on research information.
  • Coordinate with IT and key suppliers to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented and required support delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by departments when the need arises.
  • Understand and observe all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures applicable to the business conduct you are involved, specifically internal control and compliance policy.
  • Be aware of all the operations risks scenarios associated with the role and act in manner taking into consideration the operational risk involved.
