  • Manage commercial and contractual matters (with respect to supply and sales chain) during the bid and delivery phase including issuance of PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs to potential subcontractors / suppliers.
  • Provide guidance, support and advice to the project team and new business team s to enable them to adhere to contractual obligations, company processes and procedures, including phase reviews and tender vetting.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that commercial / contractual risks are reported, managed, mitigated, with risk assessments performed as required.
  • Create and maintain co-operative working relationships with the customer, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Take a leading role during contract formation through the execution of purchase orders and subcontracts as required, ensuring the flow down of obligations from the customer to subcontractors.
  • Liaise with all strategic suppliers, local and international on all commercial aspects prior to, during, and subsequent to the procurement process.
  • Execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Agreements, MOUs and other agreements as required.
  • Ensure that proper records are kept of commercial activity in line with contractual obligations and good commercial practice.
  • Oversee regular performance reviews with suppliers / subcontractors as required.
  • Ensure commercial activity complies with company policies.
