Reports to CEO and manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the executive Office. Provides various confidential administrative responsibilities to include Board and Committee minutes, correspondence from/to CEO, various reports.
Manages CEO calendar, setting key internal and community meetings, internal and external, and monitors phones, emails and correspondence of CEO.
Assures that the quality of outgoing reports, correspondence and other printed information is of high quality.
Completes specific work projects as assigned.
Screens phone calls, redirect calls and directs complaints to proper channels.
Prepares for meetings, notifies participants, prepares agenda, orders food, organizes room set-up and IT needs.
Interacts on regular basis with senior level administration, members of board of directors, hospital and clinic employees, volunteers and visitors.
Maintains files in an organized and easily accessible fashion.
Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team.
Bachelor Degree in Administration / Relevant Discipline (preferably western educated).
Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience at the C-Level.
Minimum 5 years Office Management experience.
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Ability to represent CEO in professional settings.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must handle multiple priorities and be able to demonstrate independent discretion and decision making.
