  • Very good experience in Oil and Gas (offshore & onshore), Refineries and Petrochemicals sector projects and Operation is preferable.
  • Good Understanding on Company Engineering Procedure (SAEP), Specifications and Guidelines.
  • Facilitate deployment of the Integrated Quality Management System,(iQMS) procedures and manage Cataloging Contractor QA activities.
  • Identify and analyze the iQMS related problems and suggest preventive/ corrective actions based on the causal analysis of NCRs, work-ahead and concessions.
  • Facilitate learning and coordinate activities for the various professional qualifications in the area of quality management.
  • Consolidate the results of Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) and customer complaints and determine Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Analyze the data collected through Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) to pro-actively highlight the health of the projects to the Company and TCS Senior management.
  • Monitor and implement corrective/preventive actions related to the deployment of the iQMS.
  • Installation and support of tools for the iQMS implementation as agreed with Company.
  • Coordinate the use of the process data repository and consolidate & analyze the data in the process data repository.
  • Assess the software processes used by the projects periodically to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Participate in PI related activities in collaboration with the projects and other related entities (including defect prevention and incremental/breakthrough improvements).
  • Ensure the software processes used by the projects are appropriately tailored from the iQMS.
  • Organize the information collected from projects for use to improve the effectiveness of the iQMS.
  • Enable information sharing on software process, tools and methods.
  • Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with the business objectives.
  • Participate in assessment/audit activities in conjunction with Company and TCS Delivery Excellence Group (DEG), Audit and compliance group.
  • Consolidate and analyze the data in the software process database.
  • Participate in the effort to define the training needs for process improvement.
  • Plan the implementation of PI activities based on the inputs and the audit/assessment results, as applicable.
  • Track the status, and analyze the process performance parameters of projects to establish and maintain Process Capability Baselines (PCBs) for selected processes and periodically reporting the results to Company, TCS Senior management and Quality Heads.
  • Maintain process assets (Tailoring Guidelines, best practices, lessons learnt, and checklists for processes and products).
  • Evaluate the impact of workforce practices on performance of delivery processes.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience in Quality Management System preferably in Energy sector.
  • Good knowledge on Energy sector Projects and Operations.
  • Certifications in Six sigma, CMM-Dev, CMM-SVC,and ISO 9001:2008 are preferred
  • Knowledge in Arabic language is considered desirable.
