A minimum of 12 years work experience in RF Design & Optimization with 3 technologies (2G, 3G & 4G).
Strong leadership experience and aptitude.
Extended experience in Projects rollout and FTK Contracts, technology awareness and hands on experience.
Good Knowledge on the Ericsson RF and IBS portfolio.
Very good understanding of the general propagation models and wave propagation based on the clutter types.
Customer traffic map and traffic profiling estimation.
RACH plan preparation based on the existing network topology.
Preparation of the RF design configuration based on the customer requirements and hardware specifications.
Producing of RF predictions using RF design tools.
Very good hands-on of the RF planning’s tools` MCP, planet and Atoll.
Ability to use RF planning’s with ACP and AFP.
Very good understanding of the end to end sites hardware.
Ability of handling and managing Customer and their specification Requests.
FTK Rollout experience.
Excellent Communication and Consultative skills.
Strong Leadership skills, able to lead very senior team members.
Proven experience in managing different teams such as “Site acquisition”.
Strong Ability to interact with customer C level and adapting the communication to the audience, understanding the concerns and translate it to technical figures to address them.
Provides support to customers in field of expertise and work on daily basis at customer premises.
Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
End-user / customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions.
Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
